In July of 2016, I went on a solo photo mission, traveling around Cuba. I came home and thanks to Louie and Carlos from The Townhouse Bar, decided to throw a Cuban themed photography show. It turned out that the week of the show, Hurricane Mathew devastated the country, including one of the homes that I had stayed in a few months prior. I put out a notice that my photography show was now a Hurricane Mathew Relief Benefit Show. The best Cuban band in Los Angeles played on the stage, mojitos flowed and by the end of the evening all of the photos sold. I matched the profit made from the sales and sent it down to Cuba to some very grateful people. Below are some of the photos that were sold at the show and some from the show itself.
